REFUND POLICY

At ELT ELMNT, we want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.

RETURNS

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.

REFUND PROCESS

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.


NON RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items may not be eligible for return or refund, including:

 • Products damaged due to misuse


SHIPPING FOR RETURNS
