CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders placed with ELT ELMNT can only be cancelled within a limited time after placing the order.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

CANCELLATION PROCESS

To cancel an order, please contact our support team with your order number and purchase details as soon as possible.
If the cancellation request is approved, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

SHIPPED ORDERS

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible. In such cases, customers may follow the Refund Policy after receiving the product.
